Another celebrity sex tape has hit the news this week. Controversial talk show host Jerry Springer has allegedly been caught, ala Frank Gifford in a tryst with two of his guests. New porn 'star' Kendra appeared on Springer's show recently, announcing her new career to her distraught mother. To make matters worse, Kendra announced that her 28-year-old stepmother was not only managing her career, but also appearing in videos with her stepdaughter.
This, of course, was rather upsetting to mom, but must have turned Springer's crank a bit. The tape apparently shows Springer with both Kendra and her stepmother in a sexual liaison. Since Springer is not married and apparently did not force the two women to perform any sex acts, the intent appears to be to generate some publicity for Kendra, Springer or both.
To make matters more interesting, Kendra is now working exclusively for porn director John T. Bone who is notorious for outrageous publicity stunts. He orchestrated the two disastrous "World's Biggest Gang Bang" tapes and has been pushing Kendra as the next gangbang queen.
One time Bone favorite Candy Apples has already spoken up on the Springer tape. She alleges that Bone orchestrated the whole thing to get publicity for his new 'star.' Considering no one has ever heard of Kendra and that to call her remotely attractive would be a stretch, the move may be the only way to have anyone take notice of this otherwise unwatchable gutter tramp. You can make the argument that Springer is getting what he deserves, but all the publicity in the world can't make a silk purse from this sow's ear.
It seems we may have a genuine porn feud brewing between one time partners in smut Randy West and Ed Powers. According to sources, West is upset that Powers is spreading disparaging rumors about the former Nasty Brother. West says Powers has even gone so far as to hire girls-only starlet Felecia to spread the vicious accusations.
The subject of said rumors is a bit unclear, but seems to have something to do with West's filming techniques and off camera exploits. West vehemently denies all the rumors and is said to plenty pissed off at his one time partner. Said one source close to the situation, "I wouldn't be caught standing in between Ed and Randy at any upcoming trade shows." Sounds like good advice.
In some rare positive HIV related news, Legend Video has announced that they are paying for health insurance for Brooke Ashley. After testing positive for the virus in April, Brooke has been keeping herself busy with her fan club and helping out on sets. Of the decision, one of Legend's co-owner said "Brooke did a lot of work for us over the years, and we consider her a part of the Legend family.
She needs certain medication to stay healthy that she wouldn't have been able to afford without health insurance, so we stepped in and provided that coverage for her."
Any thoughts that bad boy director Rob Black might tone down his work a bit now that his own ass is on the line should be wiped away with the release of "The Cellar-A Whole New Store-y".
The first Black film from Extreme Associates has nuns turning to prostitution, Tiffany Mynx sucking the barrel of a gun, Van Damage in a boy scout uniform and a scene that may be the most talked about of the year. Mila portrays a Klan member, surrounded by catfish, watermelon and fried chicken.
Her verbal bashing of her two black costars is littered with more 'N'bombs than a Spike Lee film. This one is sure to raise a lot of eyebrows, proving that there is a very fine line between satire and ridicule.
Hot Releases to watch for- Sin City has a full plate for the month of June. Leading the way is James DiGiorgio's B movie take off, "Ed Would."
Brittany O'Connell shows up in a 'red' hot compilation "Brittany O'Connell's Red Hot Fuck Friends." Let's not forget a sizzling send up of the world's favorite pop group in "The Five Sins". Girl Power indeed. Odyssey Group Video has some amateur tapes starring Careena Collins that they have released in '100% Amateur #45.' The entire two hour tape stars Careena in hot interracial action, including her first ever DP.
Seymore Butts also has a new tape on the shelves. 'Blow Me' contains the very best blowjobs he has ever captured. Since he shoots the best oral sex in the biz, look for it to be quite a hot tape.
Jasmine St. Claire made yet another appearance on the Howard Stern radio program this week with some big news to announce.
She made public what porn fans have known for a while, that she was through with gang bangs forever. The woman made famous for fucking three hundred men in one video is now going to concentrate on higher quality roles. "There is nothing erotic about a gang bang." She said. "I want to do things with more substance from now on." Like shooting fire out your ass perhaps?
As usual, there are some comings and goings in the porn industry. With Missy inking a contract deal with Wicked, they seem to have filled the hole left by Jenna Jameson, who has apparently retired. Something was mentioned about a WWF appearance. Didn't Cindy Lauper try that right before she vanished off the face of the earth?
Jim Gunn has also found a new home. The long time Pleasure Productions director has signed on with Devil's Films Inc. and is working on three gonzo lines. "Canadian Stripper Search" and "Ever Been With a Girl" would seem not unlike the work he was doing with "Canadian Beaver Hunt" and "Strap On Sally" however, one line, "Luscious Latinas" promises to bring fans of Latin women, something they have been looking for, a consistent stream of new Latinas to ogle. Devil's Films also signed Peter North to do his own gonzo line. Peter joins studs Tom Byron, Sean Michaels, Randy West and Rocco behind the camera and promises to deliver plenty of pretty faces smeared with his famous blasts.
Max Hardcore fans have reason to rejoice. The wraparound series of Max's best moments, "Max Gold" has been resurrected by Legend. Volume six is on the shelves now and contains one new scene along with eight classic Max pairings. Additionally, the previous five volumes of the series are now available through Legend and a new one is planned for release every other month.
Greg Steele's recently shot Gonzo video, "Greg Steele's Thunder Pussy" will break new ground. Steele was able to obtain the rights to use a pair of songs by legendary metal band AC/DC, 'Thunderstruck' and 'Squealer.' Please tell me Celine Dion songs in smut is still decades away.
Also from Elegant Angel, 'Darlin's Derrieres' should be quite an event. The first in a series of a videos by Elegant's new contract girl, Jessica Darlin was shot in both the U.S. and Budapest and will have a four hour running time. That's two tapes and twelve scenes devoted to Jessica's favorite obsession, the female asshole, and I don't mean Barbara Streisand.
